Mar 10, 2020  Fallout 4 Optimized Vanilla Textures Ordenator is Texture Optimizer used to compress textures properly in FO4 Vanilla. You can get better results by putting it in a high load order. This is compatible with all DLCs as well.

Your CPU is quite a bit weaker than mine, and may be holding your GPU back. You may want to disable godrays ('gr off' in the console) and put shadow distance on medium.

An easier way to disable godrays would be to use Bilago's launcher and create an auto-run batch file. Also, try the Shadowboost mod.Another thing you could try is flip mode (only if you have Windows 8 or 10) and texture cache. A thread on how to do that is here:It completely fixed stuttering for me.
