I have a client with a GE MAC 1200 and have bounced this off two biomeds. The unit is printing a blank page before each report. My client has 6 of these units, they've been using this model since 2006 so they know it well as do I.

One of the biomeds I consulted says he contacted GE about it and they are saying the client must be stopping it half way or turning off the unit - they aren't. Has anyone seen this issue and is there something causing this? GE says there is no setting adjustment that is causing it either.

Any advice appreciated, thanks! In my experience this is normal operation for certain revisions of the Mac 1200.
